The Next Stop In Outsourcing: Entry-Level Hiring

The aforementioned article addressed a major issue within the US today. In 2018; it is harder than ever for millennials to find fair paying jobs, pay for an education, and secure a career path. That’s the ideal dream for most young people leaving high school but today it seems that jobs are accessible only to those who can afford an education at a reputable secondary education institute then successfully pay off the tuition. This makes it quite difficult for lower-income families to send their children to school. A few pioneers have started taking to heart which was outsourcing for low level hires within the states as opposed to paying off-shore workers to do what could easily be done right here in the United States. The issue is that companies are less willing to train new hires properly and adhere to a rigid screening system for potential workers most of which is computerized.

The effectiveness of companies instead of using a third party which specializes in training as well as screening new hires. This way a potential worker develops the skills necessary to effectively integrate into companies. Today, the idea is limited to the IT field mostly. President Trump aims to multiply the opportunities available for inexperienced and untrained workers new to the workforce, tenfold.

If so, this would offset the lack of opportunity for those who can’t afford secondary education and create a more productive and efficient work culture within the United States. This combined with the idea to outsource and properly train workers for new jobs would revolutionize the American work environment.

The 7 Most Important Factors For Mobile Optimization

These days, over half of all internet traffic comes from mobile devices, so it is extremely important to make sure that your website is mobile friendly. While it may seem like a daunting task, you can break it down to a list of seven things that you should make sure your site does so that it is compatible with mobile browsers.

First, make sure that your pictures and videos load and aren’t too large. Along with pictures and videos, make sure your text is readable and the correct size. Next, make sure your “clickability” of your site works on mobile – links and icons can be much smaller when used on a computer because you use a mouse to click, but on a mobile phone you use your finger so the button should be larger. You also want to be sure that you load time isn’t too slow because phone sites tend to load slower than computer sites, and that can deter visitors. Also, be sure that your site is compatible with mobile browsers. For example, flash does not load on most phones.

Finally, make sure that you minimize popups. While they can be easily closed on computers, they are a much bigger burden on mobile phones. After all these things are considered, use Google’s mobile-friendly test to try out your site and make sure everything works.
